Matthew J. Perry joined O’Malley, Harris, Durkin & Perry in 2013, and since that time has focused on the defense of health care providers, hospitals, health systems, rehabilitation centers and skilled nursing facilities.  His practice includes various types of healthcare litigation including risk management and malpractice, and he has experience in all stages of litigation.

Matthew also handles matters involving personal injury disputes and property damage, and provides clients with a full range of litigation services, with a focus on insurance defense matters.

He is admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar as well as the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, American Bar Association and the Lackawanna Bar Association, where he is an active member in the Young Lawyers Division. He is a 2009 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, and a 2013 graduate of the Western Michigan University Cooley School of Law.



During that time Matthew served as a Certified Legal Intern for the Honorable Thomas M. Blewitt, United States Magistrate Judge for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
